Dr. Mohit Mittal is a Senior AI Data Scientist at Smart Labs AI GmbH (Karlsruhe, Germany), with over 14 years of experience in applied AI, focusing on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Explainable AI (XAI). He has hands-on expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision, including LLM fine-tuning and cloud-oriented AI development.Previously, he worked as a Data Scientist at Knowtion GmbH (Oct 2022–Jun 2025) and held postdoctoral research positions at Inria (Lille, France; Oct 2020–Sep 2022) and Kyoto Sangyo University (Kyoto, Japan; Mar 2019–Sep 2020).He earned his PhD in Computer Science (2012–2018) from Gurukul Kangri University, and completed his M.Tech (2010–2011) and B.Tech (2006–2010) in Computer Science. He is a published researcher with 1500+ citations, bridging research and real-world AI impact.
Swadha Gupta is a Chief Data Scientist at CAI GmbH in Germany. She has previously worked at Shiratech Knowtion.She completed her doctorate degree at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology in India in 2023.
