Paul had a vision. Within a year Maggie had the same vision. Though they never met, each carried out their part of the vision. Reaching out to those in need and who missed the usual requirements through government agencies, they began to help anyone who needed it. Maggie had experienced those agencies and when come out of them resolved to provide aid outside of them when ever possible. Paul while never using the existing programs knew something else was needed. He set up the funding and Maggie filled in the blanks.
