Felipe Machorro-Ramos holds a Ph.D. in Economic and Administrative Sciences from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. He is a Level I member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNII-SECITHI) and has over twenty years of experience in teaching and academic management at undergraduate and graduate levels in Mexico, Chile, and Bolivia. His research focuses on human capital management, intellectual capital, organizational performance in higher education, and technology acceptance models, with publications indexed in Scopus. He currently teaches in graduate business programs at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP), Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, and other institutions. Dr. Machorro Ramos is recognized for his commitment to academic excellence, applied research, and innovation in management education.
María Vanessa Romero Ortiz holds a Ph.D. in Economic and Administrative Sciences from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico and is a member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNII-SECITHI). She is a professor in the Financial Engineering at Universidad Politecnica de Puebla, also teaches at Universidad de las Américas Puebla and Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, strategic management, and the economic impact of violence, with publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. She has international teaching experience at Universidad Católica del Norte in Chile, served as Editor-in-Chief of the Mexican Journal of Engineering Sciences, and previously worked at Banamex applying management tools such as the Balanced Scorecard. Dr. Romero Ortiz is recognized for her commitment to educational excellence, applied research, and the development of strategic, socially responsible leaders.
José Gonzalo Ramírez Rosas is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with a Ph.D. in Administration and a Master’s degree in Systems and Intelligent Computing Engineering. He is a research professor at the Polytechnic University of Puebla in the area of Financial Engineering.
Lorena Hernández Quiroz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance. She served as a professor of Financial Engineering from 2018 to 2022 and, since 2022, has been the Coordinator of the Financial Engineering program at the Polytechnic University of Puebla. She has participated in and organized scientific events on Financial Engineering in Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.
