Dr. Sterling K. Carter is an academic researcher, writer, and the Chief Executive Officer of SBC Global Consulting in Vancouver, WA, USA. SBC Global Consulting is a global research and consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations improve productivity, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational waste. Sterling holds a Doctorate in Management with a concentration in Global Leadership, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. He is also completing a Doctorate in Health Science with a specialization in Global Health, further strengthening his expertise at the nexus of global leadership, health systems, and international development. Dr. Christina Anastasia is a college professor and professional businesswoman with a passion that focuses on small business and economic development. Her specialization is in business plan preparation for acquisition of funds and has counseled for the SBDC helping start- up companies write business plans. As a business owner, she is a strong supporter that small business is the backbone of American society and that economic development relies on the Mom and Pop businesses that dot the American landscape. One of her own companies, a graphic design and sign business, fits into this demographic. She has been doing business in the sign industry since 2001. In addition, Dr. A owns an RV Park, and a successful wholes business that jobs products to smaller gift stores and outlets throughout the country. In addition to being and educator and business owner, Dr. A has published three books and has been a contributing author for a textbook in Organizational Behavior and have written course content for doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate courses.

Barbara Mae Carter is a professor at Colorado Technical University, teaching leadership and organizational development classes. Barbara serves on the dissertation committee for doctoral research at Colorado Technical University and presents at Doctoral Symposia. She is an experienced Instructional Designer with a demonstrated history of consulting and facilitating adult learning. Barbara completed a Doctor of Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University. In December 2019, she published her dissertation, The Leadership Practices Female ODC Managers Use to Improve Change Initiatives. Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from George Fox University.
