Durmuş Çağrı Yıldırım was born in 1981. After he graduated from Department of Economics in Kocaeli University in 2005, he started his master’s education in Economics in the same year. He got the degree of Masters in Economic Policy in 2007. In 2011, he got his PhD degree in Economics. While he was a doctorate student, he studied one semester in Almeria University-Spain. Between 2006-2012, he worked as a research assistant at University of Kocaeli. He works at Tekirdag Namık Kemal University since April 2015. He studies on sustainable development, carbon emission, health and education issues, employment, innovation.
Prof. Dr. Seda Yıldırım currently works at Tekirdag Namık Kemal University in Turkey. She is a full-time professor and she has a PhD degree in marketing. She studies sustainable development, 2030 sustainable development goals, sustainable consumption patterns, digitalization, higher education, consumption patterns, environmental quality and food security. She has over 2000 citations in Google Scholar. She has published many books and book chapters in reputable publishing groups such as Taylor and Francios, IGI global, springer Nature. She has many articles in journals indexed with Web of Science (SCIE, SSCI, ESCI) and SCOPUS. She is married and has two children She won Emerald literati award- Outstanding Paper Award 2022. She won “the author service award” in 2025 May from Springer Nature #Springer Nature Editor of distinction awards 2025 #LiteratiAwards
