Asli Kaya graduated from Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Management and Organization discipline (1999-2003). He received his 'Master's Degree in Business Management and Organization' from Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Management and Organization between 2003-2006. He earned the title of 'Doctor' in the Department of Health Institutions Management, Department of Health Management at Süleyman Demirel University on September 6, 2021. Simultaneously, he received his PhD in Accounting and Finance from the Department of Business Administration at İnönü University on February 22, 2024. He has seventeen years of knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector.
