Abdul Ahad earned his PhD in Computer Science from Sunway University Malaysia (2018-2022), an M.S. in Computer Science from the Virtual University of Pakistan (2015-2017), and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Swat University of Pakistan (2012-2014). Currently, Ahad enriches the scientific community as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi'an, China, engaging in groundbreaking research in the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) and federated deep learning. His journey before this role includes impactful tenures as an Assistant Professor at the University of Management and Technology in Pakistan, a Scientific Researcher at Istanbul Technical University, and a Data Processing Officer for the Government of Pakistan Revenue Department, among other notable positions. His research interests are vast and visionary, focusing on 5G and 6G technologies, smart healthcare, the Internet of Things (IoT), cyber security, machine learning, and deep learning. His work aims to bridge technological innovation with practical healthcare solutions, contributing to smarter, safer, and more efficient cities and communities. His academic and research excellence has been recognized through numerous awards and achievements, including being listed in the top 2\% of scientists worldwide by Stanford University in 2023. He has received merit awards for his Ph.D. and M.S. studies, grants for his contributions to journals and conferences, and several accolades for his teaching and research roles, illustrating a track record of excellence and dedication to his field. He has also contributed to the academic community through workshops, memberships in conferences such as IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, and EAI, and numerous publications in esteemed journals and conferences on subjects central to his research interests, including 5G, 6G, smart healthcare, cyber security, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Dr. Farhan Ullah is an Associate Professor at the School of Software, Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU), Xi'an Shaanxi, P.R. China. He received Ph.D. Computer Science degree in 2020 from College of Computer Science, Sichuan University Chengdu, P.R. China. He was awarded a full-time Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS) for his Ph.D. He works as editorial board member in several SCIE journals including KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, Electronics, CMC Computers, Materials & Continua, CSSE Computer Systems Science and Engineering, etc. He received research landmark achievement award (2021) from School of Software, NPU, Xian, China. He also received Research Productivity Award (2016) from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Sahiwal, Pakistan. He is an active researcher who works with well-known professors and scientists. His research work is published in various renowned journals of IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, MDPI, and Hindawi.
