In the early 2000s, I worked closely with an organization that helped CEOs profitably grow their companies. I would often interview the CEOs, and I found a common concern. What if there is a better way of doing something, and I did not know it? I heard it repeatedly. Fast forward to today. I now take a faith-based approach to helping business leaders and their companies experience what I refer to as “explosive growth.” What's the secret? I have found the best advice for growing your business is found in the Bible. I set out to share the Biblical passages that have helped me and my clients most over the years while also offering advice on how to apply the passages and questions to help you reflect on the deeper meaning.

This book is written for three types of people. First, the hard-driving leader who has tried everything to fill that empty spot inside: books, seminars, coaches, luxury cars, amazing homes, expensive vacations – but nothing ever feels like enough. Second, the faith-based leader that wants to infuse more of their faith at work and integrate Biblical-proven principles to help themselves and the company grow. Lastly, that mid-level or recently promoted leader with no background in religion or studying God's word. I designed this book to help you find answers quickly to everyday business challenges. My prayer is that reading this book makes you want to open God's love letter to use, the best business book ever written and find the wisdom you are searching for.
