Keeping Time: (Servants of Fate Book 3) - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

Ruin Angelus has struggled with his place among mortals. When he goes to fulfill his mortal sacrifice to the Fates on New Year’s Eve at a hospital, it should be an easier year. Phillip is expecting him—as death has been haunting him for a while—and agrees to go quietly if Ruin will look after his twin sister. Ruin reluctantly agrees while never intending to tell Phoebe what he’s done.

Her twin had promised to send a guardian angel, but Phoebe Daniels wasn’t expecting him to look like a fallen angel. Ruin is clearly an immortal out of his depth, and he just wants to “be friends.” She can’t fight her feelings for him, even if he seems to be wrestling with some sort of secret. A picturesque lodge for the holidays should provide her with the opportunity to seduce her guardian angel into getting on the naughty list.

As a bonus, this book contains “Saving Time,” a short story about Father Time, himself, finding love.

Keeping Time is a magical romance novella with a HEA, sexy-sweet heat, and no cheating. It features sexy banter, an immortal learning to love, holiday cheer, and a heroine hoping for more than just friends. It also has a hot guy on a motorcycle, in case you’re a fan. If you like immortals who can stop time, moments that make you laugh loud enough to scare your pet, and, of course, a happily ever after, you’ll love Keeping Time, second book in Wendy Sparrow’s paranormal Christmas / New Year’s romance series, Servants of Fate. Each book can be read as a standalone, but make more sense in order. (Keeping Time has been published previously, but was unavailable for several years. This "edition" is primarily a rerelease.)
