Tasha Cramer is the founder of The Kindred Institute for Leadership and Wellness, and a devoted professor and educator who helps individuals and organizations thrive. At the time of writing, she is pursuing a PhD in Transformative Social Change, exploring how empathetic, wellness-centered cultures can transform workplaces and communities. A wife and mother of two adult children who have survived the craziness of her many jobs, Tasha is motivated by her own experiences and by witnessing firsthand the burnout of talented, passionate people. She believes it doesn't have to be that way, and through her work, she empowers leaders and communities to prioritize wellness, kindness, and sustainable success
