Jimmy Joes First Day of School: From the Adventures of Jimmy Joe and Maddy May - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

Jimmy Joe is sure his first day of First Grade will be a disaster. Kindergarten was safe, familiar, and fun - but First Grade? That's where the big kids roam, the teachers are strict, and who knows what kind of monsters hide in the hallways.

Determined to avoid school at any cost, Jimmy Joe tries everything - pretending to be sick, hoping the car won't start, even offering to clean his messy room. But no matter what he does, the first day keeps getting closer... and scarier.

From burnt Pop-Tarts to near-miss adventures, the morning is full of chaos. But when Jimmy Joe meets a new friend at school, he discovers that First Grade isn't something to fear - it's a place to grow, laugh, play kickball, and find courage he didn't know he had.

FROM THE ADVENTURES OF JIMMY JOE AND MADDY MAY, this heartwarming and funny story helps children overcome fear, build confidence, and see that new beginnings can be the start of something wonderful. Perfect for first-day-of-school nerves, read-aloud time, and early childhood classrooms.
