Sinopsis
"Best Friends, Best Forbidden" is the third novel in the young adult, dystopian, science fiction thriller series, "Best Friends, Best Forgotten," and it follows the stories of Eden, Ashlynn, the President Commander, and the Holder as they seek to solve the mystery of the Heavenly Wisdom to secure the future of the ISA. The ISA is a civilization in the American Midwest billed as a new utopia, which uses a device called the chip to link two individuals' minds to help law enforcement prevent crime through visions that replace their dreams. The President Commander undertakes a perilous journey back to the Fallen Earth, where he must face the world that he left behind to locate the source of the Heavenly Wisdom. The President Commander must overcome the greatest challenges he has ever encountered, as he fights his nemesis, the Commander, and his Antarctic army, to prevent his Prime Chip from falling into the wrong hands. Can the President Commander defeat his enemy, recover the fragment of Heavenly Wisdom, and lead the people of the ISA to the Promised Land and their Golden Age? Or will treason by his greatest allies lead to the destruction of the White Pyramid’s Central Beam and the ISA’s future? Can Eden, Ashlynn, and the Holder come together in time to unlock the secrets of the President Commander’s journals to escape the Great Basin and return the President Commander home from the Downward Sky?
