As healthcare systems undergo rapid digital transformation, the integration of AI, evolving policy frameworks, and innovative clinical applications is reshaping healthcare delivery, management, and accessibility. AI-powered technologies are creating new opportunities for disease detection, personalized treatment, clinical decision support, remote patient monitoring, and healthcare administration, while digital platforms are expanding access to care across geographic and socioeconomic boundaries. At the same time, these advancements present complex challenges related to data privacy, cybersecurity, ethical accountability, regulatory compliance, and equitable access to digital health resources. Meaningful transformation requires coordinated policies, adaptable healthcare infrastructures, and collaboration among clinicians, policymakers, researchers, technology developers, and patients. By aligning responsible AI adoption with effective governance and patient-centered innovation, healthcare systems can foster more accessible, resilient, and equitable models of care worldwide. Global Digital Health Transformation: AI, Policy, and Clinical Innovation explores the impact of AI, digital technologies, and evolving policy frameworks on healthcare delivery, clinical decision-making, and patient engagement. This book examines emerging opportunities for innovation alongside critical challenges involving regulation, ethics, data privacy, accessibility, and health equity. Covering topics such as biomedicine, machine learning, and telemedicine, this book provides valuable insights for healthcare professionals, engineers, policymakers, academics, researchers, and scientists seeking to advance the future of digital health.
