Leo S.F. Lin holds a PhD in International Development and Security Studies from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a Senior Lecturer at Charles Sturt University's School of Policing Studies. With over 20 years of experience in policing and security, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in criminal justice, security studies, and emergency management across various institutions. His research focuses on transnational security, cybercrime, AI-enabled offenses, and emergency management in the Indo-Pacific. Dr. Lin has published numerous journal articles, book chapters, and four books, including an edited volume on Asia-Pacific security, and is currently authoring and editing two books on crime and security. He leads innovative research on cybercrime and risk policy, contributing to advancements in criminology and emergency management policy and practice.

Bright Keswani has 23 years experience in the field of Teaching, Domain specific Research and Administration, and presently working as 'Professor' in the Proornima University, Jaipur. His research area includes Software Project Management, Big Data Analytics, Information Retrieval, Cloud Computing, Software Testing, Internet of Things, Reconfigurable Machines, Human-Computer Interaction, Remote Sensing, and Precision Agriculture. Dr. Bright has chaired many National and International Conferences and technical sessions in his domain specific areas. He is Founder Editor-in-Chief (Ex) of Suresh Gyan Vihar University's Journal of Engineering and Technology (established in 2015) and is in the 'Editorial Boards' and 'Reviewer Panel' of various Journals of International repute. Dr. Bright has published more than 125 papers and received numerous awards, including the 'Bharat Jyoti Award', 'Shiksha Bhushan Award' and 'Award of Excellence in Education' for promotion of multi-disciplinary research. Being a prolific writer, he penned down 25 books on IT related topics and authored 'Book Chapters'.

Udit Mamodiya is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean (Research) at Poornima University in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. With a robust academic and professional background, he has significantly contributed to the fields of renewable energy sources, reliability analysis, expert systems, and decision support systems. Dr. Mamodiya has authored over 60 research papers indexed in prestigious databases such as SCI, Scopus, and UGC Care, showcasing his commitment to advancing knowledge in his areas of expertise. Additionally, he has authored ten books published by national publishers, further enriching the academic community with valuable resources. An innovator at heart, Dr. Mamodiya holds an impressive portfolio of intellectual property, including 50 utility patents (both national and international) along with 20 design patents and copyrights. His entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified by securing ₹1 Crore in funding from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to establish the IDEA Lab at Poornima University, aimed at fostering innovation and research among students and faculty.
