Acerca del autor

Samreen Tunio is currently a research scholar at the University of Milan, Italy, in the Department of Social and Political Sciences. In addition to this, she serves as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at Gulzar-e-Hijri Girls College, Karachi. She is also recognized as an Ambassador for Peace Leader. Ms. Tunio actively participates in various international conferences, where she has presented numerous papers and received the Best Presentation Award. In addition to her conference presentations, she has published several research papers and book chapters, further contributing to her field of expertise. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Human Resource Management, Intellectual Capital, Organizational Resilience, Sustainability, Green Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Development.
