Acerca del autor

Ms. Samreen Tunio is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at Gulzar-e-Hijri Girls College in Karachi. Before this role, she worked as a Lecturer of Commerce at Khatoon-e-Pakistan College, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Additionally, she is recognized as an Ambassador for Peace Leader. Ms. Tunio holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology from Bahria University, Karachi Campus, and a Master's in Commerce (Finance). She actively participates in various international conferences, where she has presented numerous papers and won Best Presentation Awards at various platforms. In addition to her conference presentations, Ms. Tunio has published several book chapters, further contributing to her field of expertise. Her research interests are diverse and include Intellectual Capital, Organizational Resilience, Digital Leadership, Innovation, HR Analytics, Ethical AI in HRM, Green HRM, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability.
