With over 40 years of professional experience spanning GE, Allied Signal (Bendix), Carrier Corporation, and Cabot Safety Corporation, Jay brings deep practitioner expertise across manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, environmental, and technology sectors.Jay holds the ASQ Fellow designation, the Lancaster Medal (ASQ's highest regional honor), and is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He had an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor for both Quality and Environmental Management Systems, and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP(R)), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP(R)), and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP(R)). He has authored over 10+ books; another 10 books are in process.He is also pursuing independent corporate board director roles, with a focus on Audit, Risk, Technology, and Quality committees.
