With the advances in Information Technology, many healthcare organizations have converted conventional paper-based health records into Electronic Health Records (EHRs). It consists of digitized information of patients’ personal data, health data and health records. The digitized health data includes disease details, treatment history, prescriptions, drug summary, microbiological test reports and other imaging reports.
