Libert is a retired registered nurse, a professional clown and children’s entertainer. S.R. • Illustrator Maxine Friedman lives in the Northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband and three dogs. The biggest fans of her drawings and cartoons have always been her children and grandchildren.
