This book is a story of hope and encouragement that myself and others can testify that no matter what challenges you face in life, there is always hope. This journey of hope came out of darkness, tragedy and utter despair. " If I Could Hold You Again" which is my Autobiography that tells the story of tragedy, loss and true story about the devastating consequences of bullying and suicide and how one mother’s grief led her on a mission.

"There is Always Hope" gives testimonies of myself and others who have been through dark times and have come out the other side with Joy, Peace and Hope. Stories of ordinary people that have faced similar tragedies that were full of fear, that can paralyse you, and make you feel there is no way out.

From hopelessness to hope, darkness to light, fear to faith, this book tells the story of a woman who has faced many challenges throughout her life, overcoming the challenges of the ability to read and write in her adult life, a victim of sexual abuse from the age of 8 - 11years old, raped at 17 years, the loss of 2 sisters, one from Angina to the stomach, another to Cancer and the loss of an 18 year old daughter through suicide. 

This book will be a self help book to so many people because it covers so many issues that people face daily, a pattern to overcome, gain insight into common frustrations, difficulties and tragedies, to become equipped for the journey ahead and to know there is always hope
