In this concise work, Bishop Simon Patrick sets out a Protestant understanding, through an Anglican lens, of how to approach tradition, the whole of it and not merely what one church says is tradition, and some of the problems with Roman Catholicism's claims to tradition in particular. This is a modernized and Americanized version of the second edition of Bishop Patrick's 1685 work.
