Two complementary enrichment tools are then constructed: immunomagnetic beads for micro‑trace samples (e.g., soil adhered to artifact surfaces) and immunoaffinity columns for large‑volume ash layers (e.g., the 20‑cm‑thick deposits at Sanxingdui).
