Henry Purcell, MB, PhD, is a senior fellow in cardiology and the director of the Cardiovascular Pathology of Obesity Research Group at Royal Brompton Hospital in London. He is the editor in chief of the British Journal of Cardiology and a reviewer for the International Society of Hypertension, among other journals.
