"Hazel Domingo Babiano is the directress/owner of the Steppingstone Progressivist School. She leads a dynamic life in the education field as an Instructional Manager for the Department of Education ALS Division in the National Capital Region, an Educational Consultant for the Child Development Center of Sirkulo ng Kababaihan sa Pasig (SIKAPIN), Vice-Chairperson on Education, Urban Poor Institute for Community Building (UPICOB), official trainer/facilitator of BKP (Bagong Kulturang Pinoy) Philippines, and Educational Consultant of various private schools nationwide.She finished both her degrees in Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master in Education major in Special Education from the University of the Philippines. Hazel loves to sing and dance, and her enthusiasm will surely make you join in the fun. She is the life of any party! To relax, Hazel plays games on her tablet, as well as dotes on her grandson. She is also a mother to four energetic and naughty dogs."

"Donovan Domingo Babiano took BA English Studies from UP Diliman, and is the Administrator of the Steppingstone Progressivist School. He is a former coach of Wilma Cruz Tapalla's Institute of Speech, Etiquette, and Image. Donovan writes poetry and songs, and during his downtime, you can often find him playing imagination games (board games and D&D).This mother-and-son tandem has worked together for a long time to bring tried-and-tested learning activities, as well as fresh ideas based on current experiences, to books that are relevant for the 21st-century learner (and teacher)."
