Acerca del autor

Mahasi Sayadaw (1904–1982) was one of the most influential Burmese Buddhist monks and meditation teachers in the 20th century. He is widely regarded as one of the leading figures in the modern development and popularization of Vipassana meditation, particularly in the Theravada Buddhist tradition.
