Departing from the Counter-Kiosk artistic project, developed in Braga--a medium-size city in Portugal--Counter-Collections encourages critical reflection, both locally and globally, on how five overlooked community-based collections and untold stories can be artistically uncovered, reinterpreted and displayed.
