Dhabal Prasad Sethi completed his BE CSE from BIET, Bhadrak in 2006 and ME CSE with specialization in ""Knowledge Engineering"" from Utkal University in 2011. He has worked as a Lecturer in CSE (contract) at Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar, Odisha. He has also worked as PGT Computer Science at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Balasore, Odisha. He has taught Programming in C, Data Structure through C, Object Oriented Programming using C++, DBMS, Software Engineering. His areas of interest are Data and Web Mining, Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval, Compiler Design, Artificial Intelligence, Operating Systems.

Manoranjan Pradhan is Professor and Head, Department of CSE, Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement (GITA), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He holds PhD in Computer Science from Sambalpur University. He obtained his MTech in Computer Science from Utkal University in 2004, MCA from Utkal University in 1999 and MSc from Berhampur University in 1996. He has 17 years of teaching and research experience. He is a life member of CSI(I), ISTE(I), OIS(I), IEI and also a Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Engineers (India). He has about 32 papers in international, national journals and conferences and 2 books to his credit. Dr. Pradhan is an Expert Committee Member of Odisha State Open University, Odisha. His areas of research include Computer Security, Intrusion Detection System, Computational Intelligence, Mobile Network, Cloud Computing, Social Networks.
