Dr. P. Vinayagam is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and his Master of Engineering (Structural Engineering) and Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Government College of Technology affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

He has wide experience in project management and structural design of reinforced concrete and steel structures using software packages. His major areas of research interest are on composite members andhigh performance concretes. He has published more than twenty papers in journals and international conferences. He had visited National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

Dr. A. Vimala is working as an Assistant Professor in the Extension and Career Guidance Department in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, lndia. She obtained her Master’s degree, Master of Philosophy, Doctor of Philosophy in Management (Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, lndia) with the specialization in Human Resource Development and obtained her PG Diploma in Computer Application. She has got more than 10 years of experience in teaching and 5 years of experience in Industry, and has held different posts in TNCSC in Tiruppur.
