The decade between the Rio Conference and the recently completed World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg was a period of intense activity in the reform of national and international laws. This publication reports and reflects on the changes that have taken place and on emerging trends and interesting experiments in the legal frameworks governing agriculture and natural resource management.
