John W. O'Malley, Professor of Church History at the Western School of Theology, Cambridge, Massachusetts, has published extensively on religious issues during the Renaissance including The First Jesuits (1993).
Gerald Christianson, Professor of Church History at Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary and Thomas M. Izbicki, Adjunct Associate Professor of History at Johns Hopkins University, are co-editors of Nicholas of Cusa in Search of God and Wisdom (Brill, 1991).
