Ramesh Chandra Sinha is a distinguished Indian philosopher and academician who has served as the Chairman of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR). He is widely recognised for his contributions to Applied Philosophy and Contemporary Indian Thought. He served as Professor and Head of the Department of Philosophy for over three decades (1970–2004). Philosophical Research (ICPR). He has presented papers and attended conferences at world-renowned institutions, including Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Princeton, and the University of Athens. He has been a member of executive committees for the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR).
