There is enough detail to make it a reference source for the advanced student. The section on finding lost articles is fun to follow. I liked this book because it analysed different aspects of numerology (from the personality to prediction) and because it is useful for both beginners and not. This is a very interesting book, and gives a general introduction to the subject in quite a lot of detail. For example, it tells you the basic meaning of the numbers and how to calculate your Life Expression Number, your personal Year Number, and so on and then goes on to tell you what it represents. It is not really a criticism, but if it falls short at all is in the fact the 'meanings', while having some general truth, are really the interpretative opinion of the writer.
