Kesho Prasad is a Management Consultant specialized in the areas of human resources and general management. Earlier he worked as Additional General Manager, HRD & OD, BHEL (Hardwar plant). He received his Diploma in Personnel Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science and PG Diploma in Business Administration from Leeds College of Commerce, UK. He has authored three books: Organizational Development for Excellence, Getting the Right People; Strategic Human Resource Management: Text and Cases; and Corporate Governance (PHI Learning, New Delhi).
