M.N. BANDYOPADHYAY, Ph.D., expatriate Indian Professor and Head (Electrical), Arba Minch University, Ethiopia, is also Professor (Electrical), NIT, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. Earlier, he taught at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has 33 years of teaching and industrial experience to his credit. He has also authored a well-running title, Control Engineering: Theory and Practice, published by Prentice-Hall of India.
