We've acquired a 46-acre lot in the Town of Maplesville, Alabama; located several miles northeast of the City of Selma, Alabama; and is also located halfway between the Cities of Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and Montgomery, Alabama.
We build a Sidesplit House that includes a Three-Car Garage situated on the lower level. The overall square footage of this House amounts to 5,350 square feet.
The Main House, alone is 3,950 Square feet; the enclosed Breezeway with the Laundry Room is a total of 800 Square Feet; the Semi-Detached Garage is a total 1,400 square feet, and the second story of the Semi-Detached Garage that includes the Bonus Room and the Half-Bathroom is a total of 650 square feet.
