The theoretical basis of this premise is the synergistic effect of the two drugs with different mechanisms of action to reduce the treatment resulted in drug resistance. and can be more effective in eradicating pathogens. The basis of this theory is likely to trigger the development of ear local drug combinations containing an aminoglycoside. such as neomycin. and another multi-polymyxin class drugs (such as polymyxin B sulfate). The evidence does not support the two drugs in combination therapy treatment of ear aeruginosa infection data do not support the need for systemic use of two drugs. Recently. a study from Pittsburgh found away from the ear portion of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro is very sensitive to the semi-synthetic penicillin. Outpatient children manage difficult single intravenous use of these antibiotics has become a standard treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media in children caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. excellent efficacy. The aforementioned antimicrobial spectrum fluoroquinolones excellent coverage of otitis externa and otitis media in common gram-positive and-negative bacteria. Clinical isolate of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro antibacterial activity analysis prompted ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin stronger antibacterial activity than neomycin. MIC90 values ??of ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin for Staphylococcus aureus are 1.0g/ml and 2.0g/ml. for the Pseudomonas aeruginosa are 2.0g./ml the and 0.25g./ml. In contrast. neomycin MIC90 values ??for Staphylococcus aureus 4.0g/ml. for Pseudomonas aeruginosa 16.0/ml. No media recommendedFour Satisfaction guaranteed,or money back.
