Pub Date: October 2012 Pages: 197 Language: Chinese in Publisher: Higher Education Press product manufacturing process is an implementation of the process of the design attributes of product quality. cost. and reliability. excellent performance of the product manufacturing process bad will directly determine the competitiveness of our products. The Six Sigma methodology is a structured process-oriented continuous improvement method. it is the pursuit of the target is close to perfect. so it is more and more welcomed by the manufacturing sector. The past 20 years. many world-class companies practice Six Sigma management methods. and achieved remarkable results of operations. China has many enterprises in the application or being imported Six Sigma methods to gain an advantage in the market competition. Six Sigma methodology. however. is not perfect. its weaknesses sometimes makes improvement difficult to achieve a breakthrough. especially when the process level reached five sigma. Determine a method of solving the most important problem is the method's core technology. Brings together traditional quality control and statistical tools based Six Sigma methodology for continuous innovation to continuously improve product quality. reduce the cost of the voice of the customer. making the traditional Six Sigma DMAIC model is difficult to correspond This explains the higher level improvement when the traditional tools of quality control and statistical tools to the limit of their capabilities. At this time. if not better systematic approach and innovative technology to the traditional model of Six Sigma strong support. Then the improvement will be difficult to carry out. Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) been summarized on the basis of research on a large number of high level patented technology are summarized and the formation of a powerful problem-solving theories and methods. it can answer the question of how to do; the KT Rational Thinking Law by provide what happened and how it happened. the actions to be taken as well as prospects mode of thinking. so to solve the problem in a rigorous and systematic level. while providing appropriate analysis and decision-making technology; Theory of Constraints (TOC) To change the press To change the mindset of how to change . provides a powerful tool for identifying root causes and conflicts; problems constructor method by different reasons certain rules to classify the answer to solve any problem analysis techniques; Poka-Yoke and standard operating lean production (LP) for probing errors and eliminate errors from the source to provide a specific method. The idealized Six Sigma principles and applications: the manufacturing process innovation methods through the detailed study of the above theories and methods. the application of TRIZ. TOC. KT. problem constructed Act and Poka-Yoke and standard operating to make up for the the six sigma traditional model exists weaknesses and the formation of the innovative capacity and efficient solution to the problem idealized Six Sigma DMAIC model of innovation. The idealized Six Sigma principles and applications: the manufacturing process innovation approach particularly suitable for products manufacturing engineers and management personnel applications. but also for the different graduate students at universities and design. and senior undergraduate students for reference.
