Nanocomposites consist of at least one component with dimensions in the nanometer range. The adding of nano particles demonstrates remarkable enhancement in the mechanical properties due to better distribution, a high specific ratio and effective polymer filler interaction. The main objective of this work is to study the effect of water absorption on the tensile, flexural and impact properties of montmorillonite clay reinforced treated kenaf fiber/PLA hybrid nanocomposites.
