In a context where healthcare professionals are increasingly exposed to tensions, conflicts and situations of violence, it is becoming essential to provide them with concrete tools to deal with them effectively and ethically. Family doctors, on the front line of the care process, are particularly concerned by this issue. The aim of this project was to design and develop a hybrid training course, in the form of a master class, focusing on conflict management and the prevention of violence in the healthcare environment, for family medicine residents. The training is based on active teaching methods and incorporates ICTE.A digital training environment, entitled "Digital training path for managing conflict and violence in the workplace", has been developed. Various digital tools were integrated, including video clips, audio recordings and applications from the Google suite. Evaluation was carried out using online questionnaires designed via Google Forms.
