Every Project is new on its own and to manage the project is the need of the project to meet a greater efficiency of work, project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. An attempt has been made to work on it and got to know many facts which are faced by the companies in there day to day working process. A Comparison of actual and original time and cost is performed in this study using project management software MS PROJECT.
