Applications of complex functions in mathematical models of motion have recently received much international attention; one such example being the analysis of overshoot phenomena in electronic systems. Modern microelectronic design adopts a mathematical approach as a complex functions analysis is a fundamental tool for both analogue signals and multi-source systems. Ringing test becomes crucially important to improve the performance requirements and the lifetime of electronic devices. This book provides a comprehensive discussion of stability test for electronic systems and analysis of multi-source networks in wireless communication systems. There are seven chapters in this book which contains fundamental concepts and techniques for complex functions analysis. The book also reports systematically the state of arts and the future research directions of these areas. Theoretical concepts, laboratory simulation, and practical measurements related ringing test issues are addressed from the electronic perspective. An essential reference companion to researchers and engineers in analogue signal testing, the book can also be used as a text for senior undergraduate students.
