The total book consists of five chapters including theoretical background of electron beam welding and other welding processes especially to give its spatiality from different steel to Al-alloy welding. Few literature surveys made and then discussed about the formation model. Initially, five materials were chosen to study the condition and then the first phase of greater material combinations are chosen P600, Al-alloy steel to 5754 and it has been mathematically model at various welding parameters like beam oscillation by varying the diameter of the oscillation.
