Tuning of process parameters is essential in order to achieve optimize result. In milling operation, several process parameters such as spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut etc. affect the material removal rate as well as surface finish. Taguchi Method is applied to determine the optimum machining parameters leading to minimum surface roughness and maximize the material removal rate in end milling.
