Professor (Dr.) Varinder Singh ( Ph.D) is working as a Head of Department and Dean (D) of Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering and Technology, Guru Kashi University,Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda ( Pb.) INDIA. He is having an enormous experience of teaching for Civil Engineering students and research in the different fields of Civil Engineering.
