Biografía del autor
Dr. Moninder SIngh Modgil holds twin degrees of a B.Tech. (Hons.) in Aeronautical Engineering, from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and a PhD in Physics, from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. He has worked in the fields of Aerodynamics (LCA project, at HAL, Bangalore, India), Atmospheric Physics (collaboration between ISRO and NOAA) and Theoretical Physics.
