The main aim of this book was to assess the success factor of micro and small enterprises in the case of Welenciti Town. The study result depends on cross-sectional data collected from a sample of 68 business entrepreneurs using of stratification sampling method with simple random sampling. The study used descriptive and linear regression models. The sources of data were primary and secondary. The variable used to identify the success factors of micro and small enterprises in the study were age, gender, education, capital, work experience and planning and the finding of the study indicated the market chain, availability of financial resources, quality of product, business plan, and record-keeping and financial control were the factors that support enterprise to be a success as well transfer to next growth of the business. The objectives of the study were to know the favourable condition that supports micro and small enterprises in order to succeed in the study area and analysis the relationships between successes factors with the performance of micro and small enterprises in the study area.
