This book is based on research conducted by Dr. Sheetal Gade. The purpose of this book is to examine the statement “Performance appraisal identification tool in creating effective instruments for stimulating employees”. This research would like to focus on investigating the role that performance appraisals play in stimulating employees. Performance appraisals are one of the key elements of human resource management.
