The study used both qualitative and quantitative research design .The study found out that the light provides more opportunity and improves the quality of lifestyle in rural areas. Moreover the study found different barriers of program propagation and full use of program benefits. The study recommended that the government should strengthen the infrastructure, promote the installment of peoples in villages and decentralize technological electronic appliances.
