The book gives a general description of two mathematical models in financial management and obtained the best solutions following the priority levels of the goals set by the administrator, given a solution to lift up the technical education and also for the effective disbursement of scholarship bills through goal programming in a state of India also presented a general description of an effective financial budget planning of a state in India; presented a general description of goal programming in giving the solution in detail for the pre-eminent planning in the production of a paint industry and presented application of a Goal programming in planning the effective human resources in a software industry.
