The book complements the author's previous monographs (Generalized Boltzmann Physical Kinetics [Elsevier, 2004], Unified Non-Local Theory of Transport Processes [Elsevier, 2015] and Unified Non-Local Relativistic Theory of Transport Processes [Elsevier, 2016], which are devoted to non-local physics. Dark matter does not exist • Transport processes in Physical Vacuum, Michelson - Morley experiment and the theory of Physical Vacuum are considered • Big Bang is a burst of Physical Vacuum (PV) • The non-local theory of the Universe expanding is created • The creation and motion of the Hubble's boxes is investigated • Dark Energy is energy of PV which leads to the effect of anti-gravitation • The PV boxes as an analogue of the Hubble's boxes are introduced • The theory of the PV engines is developed • The stability of Black Holes is investigated • All results are obtained from the first principles of physics.
